Jupiter Medical Center opened its newest urgent care center on October 5, 2017, at 625 North Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, giving area residents and businesses convenient access to the same high-quality urgent care and outpatient services that their neighbors to the north enjoy.

Located on the first floor of the new Jupiter Medical Center Mount Sinai New York Plaza – formerly known as the Bank of America Centre – the new center offers fast and affordable walk-in service for minor emergencies, injuries and illnesses. Additional services include:

  • Worker’s compensation injury treatment   
  • Lab services/On-site X-ray services 
  • Flu shots
  • School physical        
  •  Preoperative testing and clearances
  • Fast-track services to the JMC emergency room, advanced radiology services or physician specialists (if necessary)

 Confused about when to see urgent care vs. emergency care? Keep the following in mind:

Urgent Care:

  • Ear, eye or bladder infections
  • Bug bites, small animal bites
  • Coughs, congestion and sinus problems
  • Throat pain
  • Mild fevers
  • Minor burns
  • Rashes
  • Sprains or minor injuries
Emergency Room
  • Chest pain or pressure
  • Uncontrolled bleeding
  • Sudden or severe pain
  • Coughing or vomiting blood
  • Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath
  • Sudden dizziness, weakness or changes in vision
  • Sudden difficulty speaking or confusion
  • Severe or persistent vomiting or diarrhea
